this looks much cleaner, I didn't get around without modyfications to
mod_ssl (added smal function to do the dirty work for us)

esencilly the work done is the same, except it's done in mod_ssl where
all structures are avaiable, changes to mod_ssl shouldn't
impact our changes

patch is against dc-3 with freebsd patches

tests on OSX went fine, it whuld be good if someone tested it against
mod_ssl loaded externally by adding/substracting mod_ssl during
gracefull/ungracefull restart
