in files
/usr/include/bits/typesizes.h:#define __FD_SETSIZE 1024
/usr/include/linux/posix_types.h:#define __FD_SETSIZE 1024
/usr/include/nptl/bits/typesizes.h:#define __FD_SETSIZE 1024
change 1024 to 4096 and recompile apache (make clean if ou compilled it before)
