[peruser] Peruser Major update

Hello all,

I applied the original 3.0 patch, and the dc2 patch to 2.2.8.
The patching went ok (no problem at all).
configure failed, I had to run 'autoreconf', so configure was updated 
from the patched .m4's (why didn't I have this problem with 2.2.3 ?), 
after autoreconf, It configured.
Rest succeeded without any problems.
It works! ;)

I've got svn/trac access from Sean, so I hope I can help a bit :)
I think I will be mostly working on testing, fixing and improving for 
FreeBSD (eg jail-support).

Some thing to think about it how we are going to put in SVN ?
Just as a bunch of patches ?
Or would it be better to make a checkout of apache in some subdir, so we 
can hack things there, and make 'releases' by just taking the diff from 
the original apache-checkout ? (I prefer this I think)

As I can see (in Trac) there is already some structure in the svn (I 
thought it was about to be created now ;))
But how about the apache-checkout idea ?

Does anyone know what the regular apache mpm's do when under 'high load' ?
peruser drops a lot of requests; how about some define/config-setting to 
prevent it from doing this, and let it wait for a free processor ?
